IF YOU ARE FINANCIALLY DEPENDENT, BE SURE TO BRING THIS INFORMATION FOR THE PERSON WHO CLAIMS YOU AS A
DEPENDENT AS WELL AS FOR YOURSELF.
• Your Federal Student Aid (FSA) ID – be sure to obtain this from FSAID.ED.GOV
• Social Security Number (s)
• Driver’s License / ID
• Records of untaxed income (if applicable)
• Bank statements & records of investments (if applicable)

Files must be processed and complete by this date to receive
priority consideration for all aid on January 31, 2018.
