Dear friends and colleagues,
I write to let you know about a study-abroad summer course that I will be teaching with Greg Moss and Drs. Daniel Sack and Harvey Erdman from the UMass-Amherst this coming August. The course, THEA 465 | 565 Live Performance: International Theatre Festival Immersion, takes the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and the International Theatre Festival in Edinburgh as its classroom. Students are exposed to some of the most exciting performance work being created today. I am attaching a course flyer that contains additional information. I taught the course last summer when it was offered by UMass-Amherst and it is an incredible experience! While the course will take place in August, it will be listed as a fall course, so that it will be part of the fall term block tuition. There are scholarships opportunities available, such as the Dean's Travel Grant. Interested students can find more information and apply for the course here: studyabroad.unm.edu/student-programs/live-performance-i-international-theatre-festival-immersion-edinburgh-edition
I would be very grateful if you could share this information with your students.
Kind regards,
Dominika
