It is with great pleasure and pride to announce that Professor Bill Gilbert has been awarded the title of Distinguished Professor!
The rank of Distinguished Professor is the highest faculty title that the University of New Mexico bestows, and it is awarded to only a few of our most prominent faculty.
He is the first College of Fine Arts, Art Studio faculty to receive this honor. Congratulations Bill!
