TASTELAB Students in the CFA Art & Ecology course Bio Art and Design taught by Andrea Polli will travel to Wisconsin this October to present TASTELAB as part of the Farm D’Art Tour of the 2014 Fermentation Fest: A Live Culture Convergence October 4-13. Students will transform the Lime Ridge Town Hall into a kitchen and laboratory for tasting and examining local microbial life used to create food.
